1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 c. shredded processed American cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onions
Dash of nutmeg
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Mix tuna, cheeses, onions and pimento in plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sliced tomato. Substitute 1 (6 oz.) package frozen crab meat, or shrimp, thawed and drained.
