GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) box confectioners' sugar

Mix together coconut and nuts. Put in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour over coconut and pecan mixture. Place butter and cream cheese in a saucepan. Heat until mixture is warm enough to stir in confectioners' sugar. Spoon over top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
