1 yellow cake mix
1 1/2 lbs. ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Pour cake batter in pan. Set aside. In another bowl put cheese, eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour cheese mixture on top of cake batter and spread evenly. Shake pan on table so that when done the cheese is on the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
