MEXICAN FUDGE | |
1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 lb. butter 4 lb. powdered sugar 1 c. cocoa 2 c. chopped pecans or nuts of your choice 2 tbsp. vanilla Melt the cheese and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl until mixed. Watch this and stir frequently. Mix in the powdered sugar, cocoa, pecans and vanilla. Mix this well and pour into a 9 x 13 greased and wax papered pan. Chill. This is a NO FAIL fudge. If you do not tell anyone they will not know that it is made with cheese. It is really good. |
