MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
8 tortillas, broken
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. bell pepper
2 (15 oz.) ranch style beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Saute ground chuck, onions, and bell peppers. Drain fat. Layer ingredients in order listed. Bake 350 degrees until bubbly (about 30 minutes).
