CHICKEN STIR-FRY | |
3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. dry sherry 1/4 c. water 1 tbsp. cornstarch 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 whole skinless chicken breasts, sliced 1/2 c. broccoli, cut to bite size 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 carrots, pared and thinly sliced Comdine soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, garlic and water; set aside. In a wok or large skillet, stir-fry chicken in hot oil 2 minutes. Add vegetables, stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add soy sauce mixture, cook until slightly brown. Serve with rice. |
