TINA'S MEXICAN BUNELOS 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1-3 tsp. sugar
1 egg, unbeaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cinnamon

Mix all the above into a batter except 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup cinnamon. Use cast iron flower shaped utensil; put into a deep fryer filled with hot grease.

Next, put hot iron into batter and put iron back into hot grease about 350 degrees.

Carefully peel brown bunelo into a platter with paper towel and drain excess grease. Dip into mixture of sugar and cinnamon, repeat until you've used all batter. Serves about 15 to 20.
