TONY ROMA'S STEAK SICILIAN STYLE 
1 steak per person
Salt
Finely chopped parsley
Butter
Italian bread crumbs
Pepper
Finely chopped garlic

Combine bread crumbs and seasonings to desired quantity and taste. Broil steaks to desired doneness. Pour thick crumb mixture over steaks. Slice thin sheets of butter. Place over crumb mixture. Return to broiler until crumbs are toasted.
