OVEN OMELET 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. fresh or frozen chives (optional)
6 to 8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan and melt in oven, tilt to coat bottom. In large bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt. Stir in chives. Pour into prepared pan. Bake until eggs are set and still moist, about 35 minutes. The last 10 minutes sprinkle bacon and cheese over egg mixture and put back into oven to finish baking. cut into 8 to 12 square pieces. Serves 8 to 12.
