SPAGHETTI PIE 
LAYER 1:

1 lb. ground round
1/2 c. fine seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. evaporated milk (5.3 oz. can)
Pepper

LAYER 2:

4 oz. spaghetti, cooked & drained
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter

LAYER 3:

1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano, ground
Green pepper rings
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and evaporated milk. Press firmly into bottom and sides of a deep 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Spoon off any drippings or blot with paper towel.

Combine cooked spaghetti with beaten egg, Parmesan cheese and butter. Spread evenly over baked meat shell. Top with a sauce, ground oregano and green pepper rings. Top that with Mozzarella cheese. Place in oven again and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. This freezes well and heats up nicely in the microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
