HONEY PECAN BUNDT 
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine the vinegar with enough milk to make 1 cup; set aside.

Cream oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, cloves and pecans. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Beat 1 minute more. Stir in pecans. Pour into bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Punch holes in hot cake. Drizzle with Honey Syrup.

HONEY SYRUP:

1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
