CHERRY TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
3/4 c. sugar
24 vanilla wafers
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
24 paper muffin cups

Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy. Line muffin tin with muffin cup. Place one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup. Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Top with pie filling. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Chill before serving.
