PEACHES AND CREAM CAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. box regular vanilla pudding mix
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
3 tbsp. butter
Peaches, canned, fresh or frozen
8 oz. cream cheese
3 tsp. peach juice
1/2 c. sugar
Cinnamon and 1 tsp. sugar, mixed

Blend first 7 ingredients for 2 minutes; put into a greased pie plate. Arrange peach slices on top. Blend cream cheese, juice and 1/2 cup sugar together. Beat until creamy and place in center of peaches and spread out to about 1 inch from edge of pie plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
