Mix 1 yellow cake mix according to directions on box. Add 1 box vanilla pudding. Pour in 9 x 13 greased pan. Arrange 1 large can drained sliced peaches on top of batter. Mix 1 1/2 packages of 8 ounce cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar. Add 4 tablespoons of peach juice. Mix with mixer until smooth. Pour over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
