CRAB MOLD 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 env. unflavored gelatin
3 tsp. chopped red onions
1 (7 oz.) can crab meat, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. finely chopped celery

Heat soup together with cream cheese until melted. Mix gelatin in 1 tablespoon water, add to hot soup mixture. Add remaining ingredients and combine. Place in 5-cup mold. Chill overnight. Serve with crackers.
