CLAM CASSEROLE | |
3 eggs 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can golden mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) can minced clams, drained 1/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers 1/3 c. butter, melted Beat eggs and soup together until smooth; add drained clams and mix well. Combine crackers and butter in separate bowl. Spread over clam mixture. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Serves 4 people. |
