TWO MINUTE MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1 lb. confectionary sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. nuts
1 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and cocoa in glass bowl. Cut butter into bite size chunks. Pour 1/4 cup milk over top. Do not stir! Cook 2 minutes on high. Stir to blend. Add nuts, vanilla and pour into buttered pan. Refrigerate 1 hour minimum.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
