TURNIP CASSEROLE 
1 turnip
1 lg. onion
1 1/2 c. white wine
1 c. shredded cheese, any mixture - 2 or 3 kinds
6 eggs, beaten with white wine

Cut turnip and onion into 8 pieces each. Place turnip in baking dish. Place onion on top. Pour egg and wine mixture over and sprinkle with cheese on top. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
