SEASONED CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts
Buttermilk
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. season salt
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
1/2 tsp. poultry season
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Cut chicken into and dip into buttermilk. Mix flour, salt, garlic, tenderizer, and seasoning. Add parsley flakes. Cover chicken with flour mixture. Drop in hot grease until done.
