1 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
4 c. flour
1 tsp. almond flavoring

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and mix well. Add flour and mix well and add almond flavoring. Bake at 375 degrees. The secret to a good spritz, is how well you mix the dough, the longer, the better.
