GINGERBREAD SPRITZ COOKIES 
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. molasses
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Cream butter; add sugar, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add molasses and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour and remaining ingredients; stir well. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, 1/4 cup at a time, mixing to form a stiff dough. Chill at least 2 hours. Using a cookie press, press dough into desired shapes onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Yields: 2 1/2 dozen (50 calories each.)

Tastes good, but became much too hard to push through press. I'd advise not to refrigerate for so long.
