SPAGHETTI AND CHEESE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped bell peppers
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 box spaghetti

Ground beef or chicken may be substituted for turkey.

Combine meat, onions, peppers, garlic, egg, bread crumbs and mix well. Form meatballs, placing a cube of cheese inside each meatball. Brown meatballs over medium flame. Drain excess fat from meatballs and add spaghetti sauce. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Serve meatballs over spaghetti. Serves 4-6.
