QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 lb. beef sirloin 1 tbsp. shortening 1 med. onion, sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Wide egg noodles 1 c. sour cream Cut meat in 1/4 inch strips. Brown in hot shortening. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is crisp tender. Combine remaining ingredients except noodles. Add to meat. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve over noodles. |
