2 sm. pkgs. lemonade Kool-Aid, unsweetened 1 lg. can unsweetened pineapple juice 1 lg. can frozen lemonade 2 c. sugar 1 qt. ginger ale 1/4 gal. pineapple sherbet Mix the unsweetened Kool-Aid, unsweetened pineapple juice, frozen lemonade and sugar; add enough water to mix to make 1 gallon. Chill. Add ginger ale and sherbet just before serving. Serves approximately 40. Note: The punch mixture may be prepared ahead of time and frozen. Thaw to a slush before adding ginger ale and sherbet. Pink lemonade Kool-Aid and frozen lemonade can be used. Punch will be mauve color. |
