2 (6 oz.) cans evaporated milk 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. vinegar 6 c. finely shredded cabbage Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Gradually add vinegar, stirring constantly; cover and chill at least 1 hour. Pour dressing over cabbage; mix well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Yield: 12 servings. |
