SPINACH LASAGNA 
1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 3/4 c. water
2 eggs
1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Uncooked lasagna noodles
3 c. Mozzarella cheese

In bowl, mix sauce and water. In another bowl, mix eggs, Ricotta and Parmesan cheese and spinach. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Layer.

1) noodles; 2) 1/2 spinach mixture; 3) 1/2 Mozzarella cheese; 4) 1/2 sauce. Repeat above. Bake tightly covered with foil for 1 hour 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
