EASY COLESLAW 
3 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 shredded carrot
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. salad vinegar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. celery seed

In small saucepan, heat dressing just until sugar is dissolved, pour over chilled vegetables. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 24 hours, stirring at intervals. Serves 6 to 8, may increase recipe to suit crowd to be served.
