HOT BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken breasts
2 c. chopped celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. potato chips

Combine chicken, celery, water chestnuts, nuts, salad dressing, lemon juice, and onions. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over casserole. Bake 15-20 minutes or until hot at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8.
