BROILER OPEN - FACED SANDWICHES 
1 can tuna
2-3 boiled eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Salad dressing
Cheese
Buns

Mix tuna, egg, salt, pepper and salad dressing. use as little salad dressing as possible to prevent buns from getting too soggy. Spread mixture on half bun, then cheese on top and place under broiler for about 2 minutes. Serve hot!

Can use tuna, ham or chicken, etc. Can put in pickle relish, olives or pimento. I used brick cheese on top and that was good. History: My mother, Anne Engebretson, served this at her circle too.
