HAMBURGER SOUP 
2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
5 3/4 c. tomato juice
1 c. stewed tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. carrots, sliced
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. onion flakes
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. green beans
2 c. cabbage, chopped

Brown and drain beef or turkey. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
