ICEBOX COOKIES 
1 lb. soft butter
2 c. heaping flour
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. corn starch
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
4 to 5 sheets wax peper, 12 inches long

Cream butter and add vanilla. Then add powdered sugar, cornstarch, and flour. Cream slowly until sticky texture. Roll dough until you have 5 logs; about 2 inches wide, 12 inches long. Make one log at a time. When you are through with each one, wrap in wax paper and put in freezer. When all the dough is completed, take out first one and cut in 1 inch pieces. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool in pan, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
