TURKEY CASSEROLE 
Cook 1 cup macaroni in boiling, salted water until almost tender. Drain; rinse. In saucepan, cook 1/4 cup chopped green pepper and 1/4 cup chopped onion in 1/4 cup butter until tender. Blend in 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves, crushed and dash pepper. Add 1 cup milk and 1 cup chicken broth. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add 3 ounces process American cheese, shredded (3/4 cup). Stir to melt. Fold in macaroni and 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey. Turn into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cover and freeze.

Before Serving: Bake frozen casserole, uncovered, at 400 degrees until heated through (70 minutes), stir occasionally. Top with 1/4 cup shredded American cheese, bake 3-4 minutes more. Serves 6.

Hint: Freeze in casserole you will be baking in, when frozen, remove from casserole, wrap for freezer, tape name and baking instructions on it, won't have to look up recipe.
