SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM | |
3 eggs 2 (13 oz.) cans Milnot 2 tbsp. vanilla 4 c. 2% milk 12 pkg. Equal 2 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1 c. cold milk 1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant sugar free pudding 1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant sugar free pudding Mix all ingredients together with wire whisk. Pour into ice cream freezer and fill to "fill line" with approximately 4 cups more milk. Yield: 5 quarts ice cream. 1 cup ice cream = 1 milk and 1 fat. |
