CORN FLAKE CHICKEN 
1 c. crushed corn flake cereal
1 (0.6 oz.) env. Zesty Italian salad dressing mix
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/4 c. milk

Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dip each chicken breast in milk; roll in crumb mixture. Place chicken in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish; bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes or until done. Yields 6 servings.
