1 tbsp. flour
1 lg. oven cooking bag
3 tbsp. Heinz 57 Sauce
2 to 3 tbsp. minced Jalapeno peppers
3/4 to 1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (15 oz.) can black beans (drained & partially mashed)
4 sirloin lamb chops, minced or 4 chicken breasts
2 med. size yellow or red peppers (cut in 1 inch pieces)
Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place flour in cooking bag and coat inside. Add next 5 ingredients and squeeze bag to blend. Add beans and squeeze to blend. Place meat over mixture. Top with pepper pieces. Follow directions to use bag (tie, make skits, etc.) Bake 35 to 45 minutes (for lamb).

NOTE: Sauce will case inside of bag to darken in color - normal reaction!
