HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 sticks of butter, melted
1/4 c. minced onions
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. crushed Rice Krispies

Mix the mayonnaise, hash browns, and the soup together, pour into a sprayed casserole dish. Mix a 1/2 stick of butter with the sour cream and onions. Pour this over the other. Combine 1 stick of melted butter with the crushed Rice Krispies. Pour this over the top of the other ingredients. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours uncovered.
