CARAMEL POPCORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. honey or corn syrup
1 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda

Pop extra large bowl of popcorn. Add brown sugar, honey or syrup and butter to saucepan. Boil 5 minutes. Take off stove and add baking soda. Stir and pour over popcorn. Mix well. Put in a brown grocery bag and microwave for 1 minute. Take out, shake and return for 1 more minute.

Makes 6 quarts of popcorn.

In the oven bake in a pan for 50-60 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
