TEEN BEAN BAKE 
1/2 lb. frankfurters
2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. mustard
3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. cornmeal
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. melted shortening
1/3 c. chopped onion

Cut frankfurters into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in 8x12x2 inch baking dish. Add beans, catsup, water and mustard.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cornmeal. Add remaining ingredients all at once. Stir just enough to mix. Spoon over bean mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
