TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 can chicken broth
1 c. heavy cream
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 sm. pkg. spaghetti, cooked
8 slices or 2 c. cooked turkey

Melt butter in large saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Heat 1 minute, stir constantly. Gradually add broth, heavy cream, milk. Cook stirring constantly until sauce thickens, bubbles. Continue to cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese until well blended.

Place cooked noodles in a well buttered 9 by 13 baking dish, arrange turkey on top. Pour sauce over turkey, spaghetti. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until brown, bubbly.
