1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. salad dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. Accent
1/4 lb. Roquefort or blue cheese

Make in advance; cream cheese with mixer. Add sour cream; mix well. Add seasonings and stir in crumbled Roquefort. Serve with tossed green salad. Garnish with anchovies.
