In large baking pan or skillet, add family size round steak. Fill water 1/2 inch above steak. Add 8 bouillon beef cubes and 1 package onion soup mix. Cover and let cook in 300 degree oven at least 3 hours or until tender. Add water if necessary. Put on stove and make a paste of flour and water and add to pan. This should thicken like gravy. Then add at least 1 cup ketchup. Stir and serve over mashed potatoes.
