FRESH MINT TEA 
4 tea bags
12 lg. fresh mint leaves
3 c. boiling water
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
6 c. water
Sprigs of mint
Orange slices

Put tea bags and mint in a 3 quart pitcher, add 3 cups boiling water and steep until cool. Discard bags and mint leaves. Add orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and 6 cups water to tea mixture. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Serve over ice. Makes 3 quarts.
