FAST FOILED FISH 
4 fresh or frozen fish fillets (1/2 inch thick)
1/2 c. bottled creamy buttermilk salad dressing
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 red or green sweet pepper, cut into thin strips
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced

Place individual fish fillets on 4 (12 inch) pieces of foil. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the dressing over each fillet. Surround each fillet with 1/4 of each vegetable. Seal each packet by rolling edges together.

Place each packet on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes for fresh fillets, or about 35 minutes for frozen fillets. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings.
