FAST FOILED FISH 
4 fresh or frozen fish fillets (1/2 inch thick)
1/2 c. bottled creamy buttermilk salad dressing
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 red or green sweet pepper, cut into thin strips
1 sm. onion thinly sliced

Place individual fish fillets on four 12 inch pieces of foil. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the dressing over each fillet. Surround each fillet with 1/4 of each vegetable. Seal each packet by rolling edges together. Place each packet on baking sheet or oven rack and bake in 450 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes for fresh fillets, or about 35 minutes for frozen fillets. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings. 284 calories per servings.
