POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients (except potato chips) with electric beater. Stir in potato chips. With a teaspoon, drop small amount on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Wait for about 3 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Makes 7-8 dozen.
