1 pkg. cake mix (lemon or yellow)
1 egg
1 stick butter

Blend together and pat into bottom of 2 (8 x 8-inch) pans or 9 x 13-inch pan. 2 eggs 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together and spread on top of cake mix mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool before cutting.

A favorite of my children, but it is awfully sweet.
