GLAZED FRUIT PIE 
1 1/2 c. cold milk or Half and Half
1 (4 serving) pkg. Jello instant pudding and pie filling - vanilla flavor
1 Pillsbury all ready pie crust (9 inch), baked and cooled
1 (4 serving) pkg. Jello brand gelatin - lemon, peach, or orange flavor
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. assorted fresh or canned fruit

Pour milk and pie filling into a bowl and mix. Beat 1 minute with wire whip or rotary beater. Pour into baked pie crust and chill 1 hour. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and chill until thickened. Pour about 1 cup gelatin over pie filling. Arrange fruit on gelatin and spoon remaining gelatin over fruit to cover. Chill about 2 hours.
