GLAZED FRUIT PIE 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. peaches
1/4 c. maraschino cherries
1/4 c. blueberries
1/4 c. pear slices
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. pineapple slices
1/4 c. mandarin oranges
2 kiwi
1/4 c. orange juice

Cut butter into flour and sugar. Mix lemon juice with egg. Mix as pie dough. Press out in buttered pizza pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on cream cheese mixture.

Glaze: Microwave 2-3 minutes on high until slightly thickened (orange juice and cornstarch). Stir after each minute. Cool until just warm. Drizzle glaze over pie. Chill until ready to serve. You may use fresh fruit or any type of fruit you prefer. Very colorful.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
