1 graham cracker crust pie shell
1 can fruit cocktail
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 sm. container Cool Whip
2 tsp. lemon juice
Nuts

Drain fruit. Mix Eagle Brand milk and Cool Whip gently. Fold in lemon juice and fruit. Pour into pie shell and garnish with ground nuts and chill.
