AUNT MARY'S CHEESECAKE 
4 (8 oz.) tubs whipped cream cheese
1/4 lb. (1 stick) unsalted butter
16 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs

Allow cream cheese, sour cream and butter to come to room temperature. In a large mixing bowl blend all together except the eggs. Beat eggs into mixture one at a time mixing well after each one. Pour mixture into ungreased 10 inch spring form pan. Place pan into a large roasting pan 1/2 filled with water. Bake at 375 degrees 1 hour.
